Donna Henderson

Donna Henderson lives with her husband, Rich Sutliff, on their farm south of Monmouth. Her poems have appeared widely in magazines and anthologies, and have received various state, national and international recognitions, including two Pushcart Prize nominations. Her 1996 collection, Transparent Woman, was a finalist for the 1997 Oregon Book Award  in Poetry. Donna is also co-author, with her sister, artist  Darcy Henderson, of Gazpacho, a collection of poems and watercolors. The Eddy Fence, her first full-length collection, was published in April of this year. She is also a founding member of the poetry and classical piano performance trio Tonepoem, based at Western Oregon University, and founding member of Airlie Press (www.airliepress.org), which has just released its first two titles.

A licensed clinical social worker, Donna maintains a psychotherapy practice in Monmouth, and also teaches creative writing at Willamette University.
